Enabling of CIBA and Token Vault for Tenants Is Not Needed

Hi Everyone,

I am seeing a sudden surge of requests to enable Token Vault and CIBA on people's tenant. It seems there is some confusing error messaging. These are both features that can be configured with the free Auth0 account within the dashboard. 

For Configuring Token Vault, here are the steps:
